Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance directly. However, we provide superbills upon request that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend verifying your out-of-network mental health benefits before beginning services.
How often will I need to attend sessions?
We recommend weekly attendance when beginning therapy to establish momentum and deepen the therapeutic process. Frequency may adjust over time as progress is made and goals shift.
Do you offer teletherapy?
Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video therapy for clients located anywhere in Nevada. The quality of care is the same as in-person sessions.
What should I expect in a first session?
The first session is a collaborative intake, a chance for you to share your history, current concerns, and what you're hoping therapy can offer. You can ask questions and get a sense of whether the fit feels right.
